Halvorsenn

Halvorsenn started in a borrowed room above a chandlery on Nøstegaten, with one commission and a shared opinion that most buildings try far too hard. Fourteen years later we are still on the same street, two doors down, and the opinion has not moved much either.

We are not interested in a house style. We are interested in what a place already is — the light it gets, the weather it takes, what people already do there when nobody is watching — and in adding as little as we can get away with.
